The Girls Cleaning Service was founded by three sisters: Joell, Kayla and Lisa, three women with different strengths, different life experiences, and the same shared values: faith, family, trust, hard work, and doing things the right way.

What started as a leap of faith quickly became a business built with purpose. Each sister brings something special to the company. Kayla brings heart, perseverance, and a deep understanding of what it means to need support during difficult seasons of life. Joell brings balance, professionalism, and a strong belief that a clean, organized home can create more peace, productivity, and calm for a family. Lisa brings a natural eye for detail, high standards, and a lifelong passion for making spaces feel truly clean and cared for.

As mothers, wives, sisters, and hardworking women, they understand how overwhelming life can feel. They know that between work, kids, family, appointments, and everyday responsibilities, keeping up with the house can sometimes feel impossible. That is why they approach every home with compassion, not judgment.

The Girls Cleaning Service was created to offer more than a surface-level clean. This is a sister-owned business built on genuine care, consistency, and pride in the work. Joell, Kayla and Lisa intentionally focus on quality over quantity, taking the time to clean thoroughly instead of rushing through a home just to get to the next one.

Joell Prado

At 42 years old, I’m proud to say my greatest role in life has been being a wife and a mom. I’ve been married for 20 years, and together we’ve raised two incredible boys, now 19 and 20, who continue to make me proud every day.

For most of my marriage, I dedicated myself to being a stay-at-home mom, creating a strong foundation for my family. Along the way, I spent about 10 years in the corporate world as an insurance agent, where I gained valuable experience and perspective. In 2024, I made the decision to step away from that career after realizing my priorities were no longer aligned with my values. I chose instead to focus fully on what matters most to me—supporting my husband in his role as a first responder, helping my youngest navigate his first year of college, and cheering on my oldest as he pursues his dream in music with the Southbound 36 Band.

When my sisters—who are also my best friends—approached me with the idea of starting a cleaning service rooted in strong morals and shared values, I didn’t hesitate to jump in. Supporting their dream felt natural, and building something meaningful together has been incredibly rewarding.

I believe there’s real value in trust, dedication, and pride in the work you do. A clean home isn’t just about appearance—it creates space for organization, peace, and a more productive, balanced life. That belief is at the heart of everything we do.

Kayla Rosniak

I’m a proud mom to my two amazing kids, Bo and Kodie, and I’ve been blessed to be married to my husband for 11 years. Family has always been the center of my world, and life has taught me the importance of strength, faith, and perseverance.

In July 2024, our daughter Kodie was diagnosed with autism and epilepsy, and just a month later we learned she would need brain surgery in October. During that difficult season, I was let go from my job because I needed time away to care for my family. What felt like a setback became the beginning of something greater. I truly believe God has a plan for everything, and that challenge led me to start my own business so I could be present for the people who matter most.

I have ADD, so sitting still has never really been my thing. Do I love cleaning? Absolutely not. But I do love meeting new people, hearing their stories, working alongside my best friends, and taking on odd projects that keep life interesting. I’ve learned that sometimes your purpose isn’t about loving the task—it’s about loving the people you serve and the life you build along the way.

I’m the youngest of three sisters, and growing up, we each had our roles. My oldest sister learned to cook, while my middle sister and I were in charge of cleaning. As time went on, my middle sister moved on to other things—but I just kept cleaning. It’s something that has always stuck with me.

Now as an adult, that same attention to detail and passion for a clean space has become the foundation of our business. I take pride in every home I touch, and I’ll be the first to admit—I’m a bit OCD when it comes to cleanliness. The little things matter, and I make sure nothing gets overlooked.

There was a time when life got busy, and I hired a housekeeper myself. That experience taught me a lot. I realized many companies focus on fitting in as many homes as possible in a day, which can lead to rushed, incomplete work. My home never felt truly clean—it felt like it was just “checked off a list.”

That’s exactly why my sisters and I decided to start this business. We wanted to do things differently.

We believe in quality over quantity. We clean one home a day to ensure we never rush and always complete our work to the highest standard. Every home we clean is treated with the same care and attention as our own.

Because to us, it’s not just about cleaning—it’s about creating a space you truly feel comfortable in.
